Ross Wells, is a director and shareholder of the Firm and practices in the Litigation Section. He has experience handling a wide range of complex business and commercial disputes, including partnership disputes, employment matters, shareholder disputes, bankruptcy adversary proceedings, contract disputes, eminent domain cases and other matters involving business torts, before both state and federal courts.
