Profile

Lucas Henry is a Director with Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd & Hullett, P.C. His practice is focused on litigation, including defending school districts and municipalities in employment disputes, civil rights litigation, special education due process hearings and appeals, and other matters. As a former educator, Lucas uses his seven years of high school teaching experience to understand the nuances of school litigation. Lucas also represents private-sector clients in construction litigation (contractors and homeowners), business and contract disputes, employment disputes (before the EEOC, TWC, and state and federal courts), and real estate disputes. He is a member of the Curt B. Henderson Inn of Court, and also teaches Education Law as an adjunct professor at SMU Dedman School of Law.
