Diane Callander Wetherbee is senior counsel with Abernathy, Roeder, Boyd & Hullett, P.C. Diane’s practice is focused on government law, including issues regarding employment/personnel, ordinance development, contracts, board representation, and zoning and other land regulation matters. She has experience representing clients in administrative hearings, investigations, and litigation. She served as the city attorney for Plano, Greenville and Georgetown. She also is a speaker for the School of Police Supervision on the Fair Labor Standards Act and other employment matters.
